What You’ll Do
- Lead Complex Transactions: Oversee and participate in structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements for large-scale real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and financings.
- Manage Real Estate Financings: Provide advice and structure financing solutions for development projects, real estate mergers and acquisitions, and other high-value real estate deals.
- Client Interaction & Strategy: Work closely with clients, including private equity firms and S&P 500 REITs, to understand their needs and offer strategic counsel in high-stakes transactions.
- Collaborate Across Offices: Engage with attorneys both locally and across the firm to ensure cross-border and multi-disciplinary advice on complex matters.
- Regulatory Compliance & Due Diligence: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct thorough due diligence, mitigating risks in high-value deals.
