Your Role
- Transaction Management: Manage all phases of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing, and development deals.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title reviews, zoning compliance, and environmental assessments.
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and residential real estate contracts, leases, and agreements.
Who You Are
- Experienced Professional: 3–6 years of experience in real estate law with a strong foundation in commercial transactions.
- Detail-Oriented & Practical: Known for your reliability, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver results for clients.
