Your Role: ⚖️ Corporate Attorney
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing documents.
- Advise clients on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare related documentation for corporate transactions.
- Assist in the formation, structuring, and dissolution of corporate entities.
- Provide legal support for corporate policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5 to 15 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong background in middle-market M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
- Experience with joint ventures and corporate governance
- Skills in drafting definitive agreements, ancillary documents, and commercial agreements
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
