I am currently working with a Plaintiff Side Employment Law firm who are actively seeking to make Associate hires across the Metropolitan area for either of their office in NYC or White Plains. Here are the headlines:

Your Role

• Litigation Management: Take an active role in all stages of Employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Appear in state and federal courts across New York; managing hearings, depositions, and motions.
• Client Collaboration: Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs.
• Trial Prep: Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases.

Who You Are

• Licensed Litigator: Admitted to practice in New York, with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. NJ is a Bonus!
• Detail-Oriented Advocate: Skilled in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and building strong legal arguments.
• Ambitious Professional: Eager to take on meaningful cases, develop trial skills, and make a significant impact in employment law.
