Role: Litigation Associate

• Case Strategy & Litigation – Handle insurance and commercial litigation cases from start to finish, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, as well as preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Client & Industry Engagement – Work directly with global insurers and Fortune 500 clients, providing legal counsel on policy coverage, risk assessment, and dispute resolution across industries like construction, energy, and transportation.

• Collaboration & Professional Development – Partner with senior attorneys and firm leadership to develop litigation strategies, participate in mentorship opportunities, and gain multi-jurisdictional experience through the firm’s national presence.

Salary & Benefits:

• Paying up to $200k plus bonus
