Role:

Real Estate Associate

• Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Handle commercial and residential real estate litigation, including title insurance disputes, escrow negligence, easement and boundary issues, wrongful foreclosure, lender liability, broker disputes, and fraud investigations.

• Transactional and Advisory Services: Manage real estate transactions, leases, title resolutions, loss mitigation, pre-foreclosure workouts, and buyer-seller disputes while advising on non-disclosure issues and compliance.

• Oversee litigation processes, including interpleaders, receiverships, and eviction cases, while providing expertise in banking litigation, escrow services, and resolving complex title and escrow disputes.

• Licensed in California

• Location: San Diego, Ontario & Los Angeles – Hybrid/Remote

• Billables: 1500

Salary & benefits:

• Up to $160k Bonus (Depending on experience)
