Your Role:
- End-to-End Transaction Management: Lead all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing agreements, and contract negotiations.
- Document Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate key transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing agreements.
- Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation: Manage due diligence processes, including title reviews, environmental reports, and zoning compliance, to minimize risk and protect client interests.
- Financing & Structuring Advice: Advise clients on structuring real estate deals and securing financing, including mortgages, construction loans, and joint venture agreements.
- Title & Closing Management: Oversee title review, resolve defects, and ensure proper execution and recording of all transaction documents.
What You Bring:
- 4 years of experience in commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, high-stakes transactions while maintaining attention to detail.
