Your Role

• Lead Transactions – Take charge of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing agreements, and financing, managing the entire process from negotiation to closing.
• Draft & Negotiate – Structure and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents with precision and business-savvy insight.
• Due Diligence & Compliance – Conduct thorough due diligence, including title reviews, zoning compliance, and risk assessments, to ensure smooth transactions.
• Closings & Risk Mitigation – Resolve title issues, finalize transaction documentation, and ensure seamless closings while mitigating risks for clients.

Who You Are

✔ 8 years of commercial real estate transaction experience (acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing).
