Job Summary:
We Are Nuts is seeking an Office Manager who will be the face for our office and factory store location, providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through email communication. This role also strongly supports sales administration and order entry, manages the customer service inboxes, and handles reception duties. Additionally, the associate will assist with financial, human resource, and record keeping management.
Office Management, Front Desk, & Factory Store:
- Supervise and perform daily office and factory store operations including managing the office and factory store schedules and the overall organization and productivity.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to support a seamless office operation.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Greet customers in the factory store, provide product information, assist with purchases, and keep factory store stocked with products.
- Answer phone calls, address customer inquiries, and redirect calls as needed.
Customer Service & Sales Admin:
- Manage the customer service inboxes, responding to emails, creating support tickets, and coordinate activities across multiple teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Process and manage incoming sales orders from phone calls, emails, and web portals.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in office management or a related role.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong experience using common web-based software solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of initiative and independent work.
