This role will involve the following areas: client relationship building and supporting the day-to-day account team, execution of client campaigns or retainers, supporting the internal team process and workflow, client problem solving, collaboration with internal stakeholders, managing up to account leads and deep knowledge of the social landscape and social platforms.

What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with peer-level clients
- Support the account and project management teams across multiple workflows and within client's formal organizational structure, including but not limited to:
- Confirm meetings, both client meetings, and internal team meetings
- Set-up/take-down meetings
- Take notes at team meetings, and establish clear next steps
- File Organization
- Participate in strategic and creative brainstorming
- Consistently craft communications with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to the development of deliverables in a manner that reflects the agency's highest standards
- Ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently, effectively and on time
- Understand project objectives, brief and deliverable expectations
- Ability to manage 2-4 projects simultaneously
- Be available to answer ad hoc team or client requests in a timely manner
- Follow and stay on top of pop-culture and industry trends
- At least 1 year of experience in an account management role preferably within an advertising agency.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Must love internet culture frequent user of all social media channels
- Thorough understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Track record of contributing to client planning / organization
- Professional experience with YouTube/Shorts, TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), etc.
- Results oriented and deadline driven
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Demonstrate flawless attention to detail
- Understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini), Slack and A.I. tools and functions. Added plus: Knowledge of Asana.
