What You'll Do
๐ Member Transportation & Safety
- Safely transport members to and from clinics, mobile units, and other approved locations.
- Assist members with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and clinic policies to maintain a safe and timely transportation schedule.
- Greet members warmly and treat them with respect, compassion, and dignity throughout their journey.
- Address member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, creating a positive experience.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless member care.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips, reporting any issues promptly to maintain safety.
- Maintain accurate transportation records, including mileage, routes, and member logs.
- Support clinic operations as needed, including assisting with deliveries or other tasks.
๐ Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Current or attainable First Aid and CPR certification.
- Exceptional driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with members and team members.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different team environments and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Needs to be able to work the day and evening shift.
- At least one year of driving experience, ideally in a transportation or customer service role.
- Familiarity with serving diverse populations and working in healthcare or recovery settings.
