Job Description:
The role of Nursing Home Administrator Assistant will provide support as needed to the Administrator in the day to day operations of the facility.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Assist the Administrator in planning and developing the day to day functions of the facility.
- Assist department directors in the development and use of department policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follow established policies and procedures.
- Recommend ideas in the overall organization structure.
- Conduct inspections of the facility to assure that established polices and procedures are being implemented.
- Oversee all HR functions.
- All other duties as directed.
Shift:
Full Time
Candidate Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration or comparable.
· LNHA career goal.
· Experience in a long term care facility.
· Knowledge of NYS DOH LTC survey guidelines.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Previous knowledge of Dropstat and PCC software
