Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our remote workforce solutions by securing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and facilitating the placement of remote employees.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in need of remote workforce solutions.
- Present and promote our services to decision-makers, emphasizing the benefits of remote employee placement.
- Close sales agreements with small and large businesses.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Regularly communicate with clients to identify opportunities for additional placements and services.
- Placement Coordination:
- Collaborate with the internal team to facilitate the successful placement of remote employees.
- Track and report the number of employees placed for commission purposes.
- Performance and Goal Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisitions and employee placements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000 per year.
- Bonuses for New Clients:
- Small clients (fewer than 10 employees): $500 per client.
- Large clients (10 or more employees): $750 per client.
- Commissions for Employees Placed: $300 for each employee placed in a client company.
- Monthly Incentives:
- $1,000 bonus for bringing in 5 new clients in a single month.
- $2,000 bonus for achieving 50 employees hired in a quarter.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
