Job Summary: The National Sales Center ( NSC ) Account Executive at We Insure plays a critical role in supporting the renewal and retention process and servicing clients with efficiency and accuracy. This position is responsible for managing renewal bind requests, processing applications, handling policy changes, and ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation. The Account Executive will work closely with clients, agents, underwriters, and finance companies to provide an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; talk and hear; sit for extended periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Policy Renewals & Servicing
- Process and manage renewal bind requests , ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Complete renewal applications and DE (Declaration and Endorsement) forms , ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Handle re-shops and rewrites for policies when necessary to secure the best coverage for clients.
- Monitor and collect Citizens trailing documents within the first 90 days of policy issuance.
- Process Agent of Record (AOR) updates and forms , ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
- Accurately set up and complete payment plans with finance companies, coordinating with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding agency billed renewals, payments, and policy changes .
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and underwriting, to streamline policy servicing processes.
- Proactively communicate with clients and agents to address any concerns and provide top-tier customer service.
- Licensing: 220 or 2044 required (or equivalent Dept of Insurance state license)
- 2 years e xperience in insurance account management or customer service .
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, renewals, and preferred experience in Florida home insurance market
- Proficiency in insurance management software and ability to learn new systems quickly. QuoteRush and Applied Epic experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
