What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Coordinator position at We Level Up?
We Level Up is seeking dynamic individuals to add to the Outreach department in PA and NJ.
Seeking individuals with experience in the treatment field, either clinically, medically or directly in marketing.
We level up consists of 6 premier treatment centers across the county (NJ, CA, FL, WA, and TX opening soon), half of which service the primary mental health needs of clients while the other half service those struggling with primary substance abuse. The individual who fulfills this role will be imperative in ensuring the surrounding community is aware of the unmatched services offered, and ensuring We Level Up is a known commodity in the treatment community at large.
The individual who fulfills this role will be charged with representing We Level Up at targeted recovery events in the community as well as developing stakeholder relationships with behavioral health institutions across their territory. This would include providing educational in-service presentations at behavioral health institutions, providing updates on shared clients ensuring transparency and trust, leading tours of our location driving transparency with the local community, communicating with clients and their loved ones seeking care.
The candidate will report directly to the Sr VP of Community Outreach and Clinical Partnerships as well as collaborate with admissions staff and on-site leadership at the facility they represent.
