We Play is currently accepting applications for Guest Services Representatives. We Play is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and is seeking friendly, creative, enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Hours
Year-round, variable hours 20-35 hours and will include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid birthday off and free yearly weekday pass for one child after 3 months.

Classification and Job Duties
Guest Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and visitors in-person, via email and on the phone. Demonstrating a friendly and professional environment while creating a positive experience for all guests is required.

The following list reflects the essential job duties and responsibilities of this classification, but should not be considered all-inclusive. Guest Services Representatives will be expected to perform other related duties as assigned.
- Greets all customers enthusiastically and professionally.
- Answers phones, directs calls as appropriate, and takes messages when needed.
- Assists with birthday party support including set up and take down, interacting with customers, and other program duties as assigned.
- Accepts payments and processes transactions for daily use, birthday parties, merchandise, food, and beverage.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties including copying, generating reports, entering data, emailing, and assisting team members.
- Ensures all customers follow the program and facility use rules and policies.
- Performs basic cleaning and cleaning of the structure and play amenities.
- Follows proper procedures for opening and closing the facility for daily business.
- Any other responsibilities that would be required to maintain effective operations of the facility.
Employment Standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. On rare occasion applicants still in high school will be considered.
- One (1) year of customer service experience including retail or hospitality experience is prefered.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must be punctual and show up for work on time.
- Must demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
- Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and be able to work with a diverse range of customers, visitors, vendors, and coworkers.
- Must adhere to a dress code and maintain professional appearance at all times.
Additional requirements:
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check every year and professional reference check.
Supplemental Requirements
Physical requirements:
To perform the essential functions of the classification, incumbents must be able to meet the following physical requirements: must regularly talk, hear/listen, see/observe, sit, stand and walk; must regularly demonstrate fine motor skills; must occasionally exert up to 25 pounds of force.

$17.25 per hour bonuses
