Location: Boca Raton, FL
Package: $130k-$150k benefits (100% insurance covered for you and your family, gas card provided and yearly bonus)

Responsibilities
- Working with the safety team to make sure all job sites are running up to local standards
- Make sure job sites are clean and tidy at all times
- Checking the quality of work to make sure it's up to company standards
- Setting a great example for all crew working on each project
- Daily reports on how projects are going
- Making sure all projects are running on time to the best standard you can
- Provide technical expertise to junior members of the team
- Working closely with the Project Management team
- Communicating with sub-contractors and the Owner
- Attend management meetings
- Ability to multi-task and run more than 1 project at a time
- Run projects from concept to completion
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- MUST have luxury custom home building experience (minimum of 5 years)
- Worked on projects valued minimum of $10million
