About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing high-end residential renovation projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple projects while maintaining clear communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of luxury home renovation projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications
