About the Role:
Our client, a leading civil and infrastructure contractor, is actively seeking experienced Superintendents to join their growing team in Miamisburg. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing crews, and have a track record of delivering complex civil and underground utility projects on time and on budget — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on heavy civil, infrastructure, and underground utility projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and job site safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot challenges in the field and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Train and mentor field teams while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil, infrastructure, and/or underground utilities.
✅ Proven experience working on large-scale projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and site development.
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills — able to lead crews and collaborate with all project stakeholders.
✅ Deep understanding of safety regulations, construction processes, and project scheduling.
✅ Willingness to travel within Ohio for projects.
