Job Summary:
The Hiring Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts, sourcing skilled professionals, and managing the hiring process to build a strong team. This hybrid role requires a balance of remote recruitment activities and on-site interactions with management and potential hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, including project managers, site supervisors, tradespeople, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Build relationships with trade schools, unions, and industry networks to establish a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage job postings, conduct outreach, and utilize social media and recruitment platforms.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and safety regulations.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and employee retention rates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR in the construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
