We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Broker in managing and streamlining brokerage operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organized, and excels at keeping things running smoothly.
As an essential part of our team, you’ll oversee social media accounts, ensure seamless transaction coordination, manage office operations, and assist with scheduling, event planning, and client/agent interactions. From maintaining our website and property listings to supporting prospecting efforts and coordinating company-wide meetings, your contributions will directly impact the success and efficiency of our brokerage. Additionally, you’ll assist with office supply management and occasional personal assistant tasks.
