About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- 3 years of experience in safety coordination or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification
- Experience in manufacturing or construction industry
- Experience with safety management software
