Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in a corrugated container facility (preferred)
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector (corrugated experience highly preferred)
- Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety protocols, and leadership principles
- Proven track record of overseeing equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
