- Be the Client’s First Impression: Answer inquiries, prepare meeting materials, and ensure clients feel valued and supported from start to finish.
- Stay Ahead: Track deadlines, maintain filing systems (digital and physical), and proactively address administrative needs to keep our practice humming.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years in an administrative role—bonus points if it’s in financial services, wealth management, or a client-facing office setting.
- Skills: Rock-solid organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and comfort with financial paperwork or CRM systems (Salesforce, or similar).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- People Skills: A warm, professional demeanor—whether you’re greeting clients or collaborating with the team.
- Mindset: Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
- Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
