\n- Support process optimization to drive quota attainment, performance metrics, sales funnel conversion, speed to lead and pipeline management
- Own all attribution manual adjustments for the commercial team and improve the process leveraging technology
- Uncover challenges and develop solutions to improve the commercial’s team efficiency
- Maintain weekly reporting to uncover insights that will drive actionable recommendations
- Perform regular data mining, maintenance and audits to support day-to-day workflows
- Collaborate with the go-to-market teams to optimize processes and enable new initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Assist in creating training materials and documentation for revenue operations processes
- Help manage and troubleshoot issues related to revenue operations tools and systems
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and tools as needed.
- Revenue or Sales Operations Experience - 2 years of operations experience supporting strategic sales projects, backend processes and driving efficiency
- Technology - familiar with Salesforce and Salesloft tooling
- Data and Analytics - strong SQL and analysis skills
- Resourcefulness: You should have a demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly. You should have a positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Prioritization & problem-solving - Knows how to break down complex problems and identify root causes. Knows how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. Understands the scope of an issue and its priority
- Attention to Detail: You have the ability to review interactions with a fine-tooth comb. No stone will go unturned for each and every data point that you review
- Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products
