EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A commitment to safety with a focus on accident prevention.
