THE ROLE :
Lead crews to complete projects on time, within budget, and safely.
Strong team player who leads by example.
Passion for mentoring and developing crew members' skills.
Positive, hardworking attitude that motivates the team.
Goal-oriented and deadline-driven.
Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.
Committed to improving Weather Shield's safety policies and systems.
EXPERIENCE :
At least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
A commitment to safety with a focus on accident prevention.
