Internship Highlights

• Hands-On Experience: Dive into our work with the first 2-3 weeks spent shadowing installation production in the field.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with our Superintendent, assisting in project planning, managing projects and personnel, and troubleshooting all stages of roofing installations.
• Join our dynamic team where you'll be on the road in our company vehicle, moving between locations to support various projects, with a primary focus on assisting your team and delivering materials.

• Project Collaboration: Work closely with our Superintendent to assist in project planning, project and personnel management, and troubleshooting all stages of roofing installations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in project management, providing hands-on experience in overseeing a project from its inception to completion within the roofing industry.

Qualifications

• Motivation: Be driven and motivated to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working at heights.
• Must be 21 and older.
  
  

Compensation

• Paid Internship: Competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
