Weather Shield Roofing is a commercial roofing company operating out of West and Central Michigan, with crews in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Lansing. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Due to our steady growth over the last 40 years, and exciting plans for the future, we're adding this Account Manager role to our Sales Team and expanding to the Western North Carolina Market. The Account Manager will, first and foremost, live out our organizational values. This role will also be responsible for acquiring new customers and ensuring that every customer loves us. Our ideal candidate will have Sales DNA; they were born for the role. These are the abilities that can't be taught. Our ideal candidate will also have the skills (stuff that can be taught) to succeed. Skills would include self-starting, interpersonal skills, and personal accountability.


You'll also:

  • Be comfortable in those difficult customer conversations
  • Acquire the right clients at the right margin
  • Follow the sales process
  • Ensure a great customer experience
  • Ensure positive outcome for WSRS
