As a QC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all performed work is completed at a consistently high standard to provide outstanding experiences for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform road tests on customer vehicles to identify any issues or defects.
- Communicate road test findings and communicate them effectively to the service advisor team.
- Minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Investigate and correct customer complaints regarding quality.
- Inspect all recently purchased and comeback vehicles to ensure proper correction and condition of vehicle.
- Understand and follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulation Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Support and assist the shop and technician team.
- Ensure the shop remains organized, clean, and equipped with necessary tools and parts
- Assist the service advisor team as necessary
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Related experience and / or training a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, technicians, and customers.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
COMPENSATION :
The QC Tech Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00
