Primary Purpose:

The comprehensive behavior specialist works collaboratively with the student’s educational team and parents to develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention strategies, including positive behavior supports, for the classroom and within the school environment that allows the student to integrate behaviorally into the school setting successfully. This person has the training to address behavior issues in the school. This person will provide direct and consultative services for the diagnostic, preventative, and interventive purposes regarding MTSS, 504 and Special Education supports and services.
