Responsibilities

- Perform duties according to documented policies, procedures, and work instructions, participating in daily operations, safety meetings, and job hazard analyses.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in a presentable and safe condition, adhering to specific work instructions based on training and competence level.
- Conduct functional tests, inspections, and monitoring of equipment, following maintenance processes and procedures for unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, assembly, loading, and storage.
- Rig up/down equipment, clean, lubricate, repair, and operate equipment as per work instructions and training level.
- Drive vehicles such as pickups, trucks, and truck-mounted units to well sites, maintaining a satisfactory driving record.
- In senior positions, lead other field operators, plan and coordinate jobs, troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and provide guidance and mentorship.

Experience
- 2.5 - 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Basic mathematics, critical thinking, active learning, listening, and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Strong reading, writing, judgment, and decision-making skills in line with policies and procedures.
- Time management and quality control analysis to ensure product standards are met.
- Ability to meet physical demands, react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery, and visualize how tools and products will look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications.
