Administrative Assistant
Location: 5555 San Felipe St, Suite 1950, Houston, TX 77056
Schedule: This is a Part Time Role and is Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays
Position Type: Temporary (Contract will be Until June 30, 2025)
Project Description
- General office maintenance – order office supplies, stock kitchen, submit facility request using the property management portal, upkeep of common areas
- Building access – badge access, parking validations for guests and permanent employees
- Vendor contact – POC for all office vendors (i.e., weekly services, Wifi, machines, etc.) and monitoring of regular service maintenance, equipment, furniture, etc.
- Staff meals – coordinate staff meals 2x/week, ad-hoc food catering for meetings as requested
- Staff activities and engagement – employee events, in-office events (Thanksgiving potluck, for example)
- Mail – receive shipments from orders and mail (limited)
- Travel – coordinate travel arrangements for some employees; certain roles handle their own travel arrangements, but several others will ask for help with hotels especially.
- Maintain digital communications (TVs) in both Houston and Baden with company updates
- Back-up fire warden for the office – required training by the building to ensure all employees exit safely and safety protocols are followed

- Strong familiarity with O365 (heavily Outlook and Teams)
