Order Picker/Transit Driver
WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Order Picker/Transit Driver to pick up products from the warehouse and deliver them to various local company locations. The schedule is:
Saturday 830am - 5pm
Sunday 8:30am - 5pm
Monday 10:30am - 7pm
Thursday 10:30am - 7pm
Friday 10:30 am - 7pm

- The base hourly rate starts at $22.00 per hour
As an Order Picker/Transit Driver you will
- Monitor emails and the website for customer orders; pick orders from Warehouse upon receipt utilizing an RF Scanner
- Load products into carts, move carts into Transit/cargo van and safely drive Transit/cargo van to deliver products to their requested location
- Communicate with various departments to coordinate the delivery of various documents and products for internal purposes
- Operate various material handling equipment to pick and move products
- Unloading bulk returns & entering returns into the database
- Looking over returns & either cleaning them or disposing of the damaged product
- Work a varied schedule & work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends
- Train employees on different functions of the work area to ensure they can perform the tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
- Follow company safety rules and keep designated work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
- Have at least 2 years of steady professional driving experience
- Have at least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
- Have great attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be fluent in English
- Be authorized to work in the United States
