Construction Office Manager - Full Time
Weave Construction is looking for a full-time office manager. The candidate will provide high-level support to our leadership team and will be responsible for performing clerical functions such as data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, filing, and recordkeeping. In addition, this position will support all office management including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. The office manager is responsible for all aspects of a project’s accounting from the commencement of a project until the project is finalized, working closely with the estimator and project management to ensure accurate recognition of project revenue and costs. In general, this includes accurate and timely billing of contracts, change orders, collections, and payment of subcontractors.
Essential Functions:
- Support day-to-day operations of Weave Construction by performing all routine office duties such as data entry, reconciliation, accounting, payroll, and other record maintenance.
- Log and track submittals, change orders, lien releases, and requests for information; track and document variable costs as well as maintain electronic job files for all.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billings statements, month-end and year-end reporting as well as reports, financial forms, and analysis.
- Communicate with project manager and accounting staff to discuss project and progress related to budget.
- Recruiting and onboarding for all construction related positions.
- Payroll verification and processing for all construction related employees.

- Construction experience
- Office management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Construction related software preferred
