Description :
Weaver fundraising is the industry leader providing superior technology and service in product fundraising for over 44 years. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in contributing to increased operational efficiencies and underlying accounting team data management. In this role, you will strive to meet target deadlines important to the company goals, collaborate with the entire finance department and work to improve our financial output and outcomes. You will oversee two direct reports in your department, communicate effectively with our internal leaders, and have a bias towards action-oriented leadership. Come grow with us!
Location : Indianapolis, IN (currently 4 days in-office)
HOW WILL YOU HELP US GROW?
- Streamline processes and create documentation, drive improvements
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow projections
- Track budget to actual figures for SG&A accounts and discuss adjustments with department heads
- Assist with preparing month-end, quarter end and year end financials
- Gain a thorough understanding of our technology and how it impacts finance including owning capitalization of software
- Oversee and manage all Scouting council incentives
- Oversee and manage Trails End Rewards program including costing and promotions
- Prepare and analyze customer payout schedules
- Direct oversight and management of all payables processes
- Oversight of monthly and annual sales tax filings
- Prepare support for the year end audit and yearly tax filings
- Oversight and management of 2 direct reports
