- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, understand business objectives, and proactively address challenges.
- Provide insightful input to support organizational strategy and decision-making.
- Manage responsibilities autonomously and resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing internal and external partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between teams and departments to ensure alignment with the CEO’s vision.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through high-level communication.
- Utilize automation tools to track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Organize and coordinate special projects while maintaining efficiency.
- Conduct research, gather key data, and analyze information to support decision-making.
- Prepare concise summaries and actionable insights on relevant topics.
- Create visually compelling and persuasive PowerPoint presentations.
- Take accurate meeting minutes, capturing key decisions and action items.
- Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Screen and direct calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Ensure the smooth flow of information across departments in a timely and organized manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Experience with project management tools and automation software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work out of our Mt Hope, OH office.
