Responsibilities To Include
- Fabricate and weld aluminum and galvanized steel products such as show boxes, grooming chutes, and trimming stands.
- Operate metalworking equipment, including welders, presses, saws, drills, and hand tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture stock and custom parts.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and quality enhancements.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace while following all safety protocols.
- Experience in welding or metal fabrication (preferred not required).
- Ability to accurately read measurements and operate machinery.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining a steady workflow.
- Commitment to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 100 lbs. safely.
- Ability to work out of our Mt. Hope, OH facility.
