Summary :
This is a brand new role for a seasoned Product Ops or Design Ops specialist who knows how to work within a highly matrixed and venerable F100, and completely own and revamp their current workflow process to make it hum, on a massive scale!
Your manager is a huge selling point - she's a super well-respected and beloved VP of Marketing with lots of longevity and institutional knowledge - so she knows the ins and outs, and can help drive initiatives through at a high level effectively. She also fosters a culture of creativity, collaboration, empathy, ambition, and excellence all around. In this role, you'll support the company's Product Management and Product Design functions; evolve their processes, systems, and tools; and ensure the overall smooth running and success of their enterprise for the benefit of their customers.
The ideal candidate has proven and longstanding stakeholder management skills, and has a proven record of success in change management within a highly matrixed organization, ideally at a highly regulated industry (insurance, financial, healthcare, HR / HCM, real estate, etc.)
If you've got agency experience to boot, that could be a nice plus, but it's not required.

They're looking for an energetic, positive Senior Director of Ops (Digital Product and Design). This is a brand new role that will own the identifying and improving of operational efficiencies and team cohesion, and will have tremendous impact on overall business improvement. It's a pivotal role that will play a crucial role in the success of their entire ecosystem, where you can really, deeply make your mark at a massive scale.
This is a strategic leadership role that combines operational excellence, massive cross-functional collaboration, and a human-centric mindset to enhance agility, improve delivery, and foster a culture of innovation.
You'll manage a small, tight-knit team responsible for project management, production, and Design Systems, and will have a key role in helping the company grow and mature their digital product management and design capabilities. This includes evolving and documenting processes, workflow and tools, dashboards and reporting.
What you'll do :
Operational Leadership
- Lead, build, and manage a high-performing team of project managers and design systems specialists - the current team is 3 people, with room to grow.
- Evolve operational frameworks, processes, and tools across product management and design functions.
- Establish and optimize workflows that support efficient delivery of high-quality digital design experiences across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure operational processes align with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.
