This is a brand new role for a seasoned Product Ops or Design Ops specialist who knows how to work within a highly matrixed and venerable F100, and completely own and revamp their current workflow process to make it hum, on a massive scale!

Your manager is a huge selling point - she's a super well-respected and beloved VP of Marketing with lots of longevity and institutional knowledge - so she knows the ins and outs, and can help drive initiatives through at a high level effectively. She also fosters a culture of creativity, collaboration, empathy, ambition, and excellence all around. Plus, an inside track : she also gets rave reviews from people who have worked with her for years!

In this role, you'll support the company's Product Management and Product Design functions; evolve their processes, systems, and tools; and ensure the overall smooth running and success of their enterprise for the benefit of their customers.

The ideal candidate has proven and longstanding stakeholder management skills, and has a proven record of success in change management within a highly matrixed organization, ideally at a highly regulated industry (insurance, financial, healthcare, HR / HCM, real estate, etc.)

If you've got agency experience to boot, that could be a nice plus, but it's not required.

About our client :

They're a heart-led and empathy-focused F100 insurance company that prides itself on advancing tech and innovation, pushing for the next big thing, and never resting on their laurels. (Not what you'd think of with a F100, right?)

They've got a solid commitment to diversity, a friendly, inclusive culture, and have incredible benefits, including great health coverage, 6 month parental leave, student loan repayment programs, pension - and the list goes on.

They have been named one of Fortune's "World's Most Admired Companies", are in the top 50 companies in Forbes' 2024 "America's Best Employers for Diversity", and received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's "2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index".

As they are not owned by shareholders but rather owned by their policyowners themselves, they don't answer to Wall Street. So, they can truly take their time to invest in long-term projects that will fundamentally benefit their millions of users, as opposed to just getting things out the door for short-term profits to please their shareholders.

They are in the midst of massive growth and expansion, both building out a bevy of 0 to 1 products as well as innovating on their legacy mainstays, so it's a great time to get in the door to execute and ship impactful work to M's of users.
