Position Profile

Weaver is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of training and development programs designed to promote professional growth, enhance technical competence, and maintain individual and firm level compliance. This role will work closely with service line partners to support Weaver's learning culture and equip our people with the skills and knowledge to meet client needs and grow with our growing firm.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of general experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Team-focused and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistical support for the overall delivery of training, including scheduling, booking conference space, communications, participant tracking, continuing education accreditation, catering and audio-visual setup, facilitation and hospitality, course materials distribution, evaluation forms, and maintenance of course records
• Support new employees with completion of required training and compliance procedures
• Compile and communicate status of required firm training
• Gather and analyze data on training needs through relationships with participants and course leads as well as conducting post-training evaluations and annual surveys
• Support employees with utilizing Weaver’s Learning and Development benefits including certification courses, obtaining licenses, participating in external conferences, etc
• Administer and maintain the firm’s Learning Management System, ensuring training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and properly tagged

Salary range: $55,000; exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
