Position Profile
Weaver is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Sales/CRM, Financial Operations, and Project Operations modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role demands an innovative and strategic thinker with the ability to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on the Sales/CRM, Financial Operations, and Project Operations modules
- Participate in the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Continuously monitor and optimize Dynamics 365 systems to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to other technical staff on Dynamics 365 technical set-up and best practices
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner to ensure continuous system operation
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent related experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Sales/CRM, Financial Operations, and Project Operations modules
- Proficiency in coding and developing within all aspects of the Microsoft Power Platform and working with Azure services and Microsoft Dataverse
- Proficiency in the set of APIs, webservices and other integration tools to connect Dynamics 365 with external systems
- Familiarity will other languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus
- Experience using Azure DevOps is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop effective solutions for complex business requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable
- Experience working in a public accounting or professional services environment is a plus
