Job Summary
The Golf Shop Attendant plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience for golfers at our facility. This position involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the shop's appearance, and promoting golf merchandise. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for the game of golf.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about merchandise.
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash effectively.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space, including restocking shelves as needed.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Support promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
