Overview :

The Implementation & Training Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer onboarding experiences. This role is central to ensuring customers achieve success with weavix's solutions, serving as a subject matter expert, trusted advisor, and customer advocate.

The Implementation & Training team takes ownership of the onboarding process, driving adoption and satisfaction through hands-on support, strategic guidance, and training. As part of this team, the Implementation & Training Specialist will navigate a dynamic, high-growth startup environment, prioritizing customer success while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
