Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, using problem-solving skills to identify solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details in the company database.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
