Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, managing registrations, and ensuring smooth event operations. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about creating seamless and memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Help manage event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.
• Support on-site event setup, decoration, and breakdown.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
• Communicate with event attendees and provide customer service as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.
