Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet, Counter Top Assembler/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong cabinet and experience in wood fabrication, and assembly. This role involves interpreting prints, drawings and written instructions, working with various hand tools to create high-quality products. The Fabricator will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components are built to specifications and function effectively.
Duties
- Fabricate and assemble wood and laminate components according to prints and specifications.
- Operate machinery including hand tools, saws and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in wood and laminate fabrication, assembly, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with print reading and job instructions is essential for interpreting design specifications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
