POSITION SUMMARY |
The Senior Human Resources Generalist administers human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. Recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching, pro-active issue/problem identification and resolution, and coaching and development for more effective decisions and communication skills. Understand and support the accomplishment of business goals. Build credible relationships with business leaders allowing for better decisions and organizational effectiveness. Involved in solving complex HR-related issues. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will provide an approachable, proactive, and efficient department, and keep co-workers well informed. Work independently and when needed with HRBP or SR HR Director for guidance and support. |
