Overview
Launch helps small businesses grow using AI-powered websites, automation tools, CRMs, and smart systems. We’re early-stage, fast-moving, and building something big—and we’re looking for the right person to lead and scale our sales recruiting efforts.
This is an executive-level, commission-only role. You'll earn recurring overrides and performance-based compensation from the sales you make and the reps you recruit. No base salary—just upside. If you're hungry, self-directed, and want equity and ownership over time, this is for you.
Since we're a startup, you’ll help build systems, shape team culture, and help architect our sales org from scratch. We’re looking for someone who brings vision, energy, and execution.

You’ll be instrumental in building the sales and revenue engine that powers this larger vision.
What You’ll Do
- Make Cold Calls Daily – Reach out to small business owners in Utah who don’t have a website and introduce them to Launch.
- Pitch Our Smart Website & CRM Tools – Show how our system helps them capture, convert, and close more leads automatically.
- Follow a Proven Sales Process – Build trust, deliver real value, and guide prospects through a streamlined pitch that converts.
- Run Sales Meetings – Meet with interested leads and explain how Launch can grow their business, and close the deal.
- Earn Commissions & Monthly Recurring Revenue – Make upfront money on setup fees and earn monthly residuals from ongoing subscriptions.
- Help Businesses Win – Change lives by helping local businesses grow through tools they didn’t even know they needed.
