Who We Are Looking For
As the Member Value Representative for WebPT, you will educate our customers on the value of our products and services. Our customers mean everything to us; therefore, we must craft relationships that are beneficial, positive, and meaningful. This is where you come in. You’re a people person, bound and determined to make someone’s day. In addition to explaining how to use WebPT to its fullest potential, you’ll identify products and services that customers should be using, but aren’t, and then upsell accordingly.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
- Upsell WebPT products and services to current members.
- Become one with our customers, pinpointing their wants and needs before they do.
- Generate interest in the WebPT application and create a sense of urgency for conversion.
- Coach prospects on ways they can improve their practices using our software.
- Follow up with prospects to address questions and objections, and nurture prospects to close sales.
- Learn the WebPT application inside and out.
- Keep detailed accounts and records in Salesforce.
- Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.
What You Should Have to Qualify
- Be a true salesperson. One who’s resourceful, results oriented, hands on, accustomed to working with a team, and comfortable contacting (and more importantly) connecting with customers.
- Crave knowledge. There’s a lot to learn when it comes to electronic medical records, the basic operations of rehab therapy clinics, and the wants and needs of the company and its customers. We want you to become a guru on all these topics.
- Prioritize relationships above all else. They mean everything to you, and you’re always striving to make peoples’ days better.
- Exude confidence. Know your stuff and talk about it accurately and honestly.
- Actively listen to prospects and customers, and overcome objections while developing meaningful relationships.
- Remain focused under pressure. Things can get pretty hectic at times, so we want to make sure you keep calm and carry on through even the most stressful of circumstances.
- Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable.
- Be able to perform in all forms of communication.
- Salesforce knowledge.
- Two years of sales experience.
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
- Experience working with the WebPT EMR.
- Experience selling healthcare technology solutions.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
