About the Role :
The Director of AI at webAI will spearhead our AI initiatives, ensuring the effective development and integration of cutting-edge AI solutions across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can shape webAI's AI strategy, foster innovation, and uphold ethical practices in AI development. The Director of AI will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance AI capabilities and maintain our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Lead the development and execution of webAI's AI strategy, aligning it with business goals and driving impactful AI innovation.
- Team Management : Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and ideate new AI-driven offerings.
- Innovation & Knowledge Building : Stay current with the latest AI trends, technologies, and methodologies, and continuously evaluate how they can be applied within webAI.
- Ethical AI Development : Ensure the responsible and ethical development and deployment of AI technologies, aligning with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Industry Representation : Represent webAI at industry conferences and events, positioning the company as a thought leader in the AI space.
- Project Oversight : Oversee AI project implementations, ensuring they meet quality, efficiency, and impact standards.
